Christmas Cupcake Workshop

Learn how to create easy Christmas designs on cupcakes using buttercream and fondant icing. Suitable for children ages 6+. 1 adult may wish to stay with each paying child. Each paying child will receive a juice and a snack before starting and will leave with 6 decorated (pre-baked) cupcakes. The last week of the 4 week block will be "Bake Off week" where each child will have to design a cupcake at home (with a list of ingredients available to them on the day) and create their showstopper cupcakes ready to be judged with prizes to be won!

Learn how to:

- Fill a piping bag

- Use different piping nozzles

- Use a piping bag correctly

- To roll out and use fondant icing

Week 1 - Tues 28th November

Week 1 is all about Polar Bears and Reindeer - learn how to make cute polar bear and reindeer cupcakes using ingredients you may have at home or that are cheap to pick up in shops.

Week 2 - Tues 5th December

Week 1 is all about Christmas Lights and Presents - learn how to make easy edible Christmas lights and presents.

Week 3 - Tues 12th December

Week 3 is all about Santa - Santa's suit, Santa's face and Santa's iconic red hat. 

Week 4 - Tues 19th December

Now it's your turn. Using what you've learned the last 3 weeks, come up with 6 showstopping cupcakes - these can be all the same or different! A list of what will be available to you will be given to you at the end of the week 3 session. Good luck!

Allergens include: MILK, GLUTEN, SOYA & EGG. If you require an "allergen free" version, please let me know in advance. Please note that they may still contain traces of the above allergens, and may contain traces of nuts/peanuts due to being made in a domestic kitchen.
