THE SNOOKS' STORY

The Snooks is a micro-baking business based in Summerpark, Dumfries and Galloway, and is owned by Nicole Templeton.

Nicole opened The Snooks in June 2020 and has created a range of different baked goods from her renowned Scottish Tablet to birthday and wedding cakes. Nicole specialises in buttercream cakes, however, she can create fondant elements if they're required for the cake you have in mind. Nicole works closely with every customer to ensure the vision you have comes to life.
 
Nicole is qualified and insured, she is a Home Economics teacher by trade, so your bakes are in safe hands!

 So, why is the business called "The Snooks"? Nicole's papa used to call something "The Snooks" if he thought that "something" was incredible. 9/10 times he'd use this phrase to describe the fry-up he'd make on Sunday mornings!
